About The Position

This role involves safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites on schedule. The driver will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, communicate with dispatch and customers, and manage the loading, transport, and unloading of concrete according to specifications. Maintaining a clean truck and accurate documentation are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with safe driving capability
• Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and adapt to changing job site conditions
• Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
