About The Position

We are Eagle Integrated Services, LLC, a contracting and consulting firm specializing in supporting federal agencies and military installations across the nation. We are seeking a candidate to provide readiness support to aid in the mission accomplishment of the School of Aerospace Medicine, 711 HPW and DoW.

Requirements

• Possess an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution in biology, environmental health or another science field.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Requires 9+ years of experience with the U.S. Military.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must have and maintain a DoW SECRET clearance.
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organizing of military personnel activities and management of the Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS).
• Advise with the evaluation of military personnel and Personnel System Management functions and activities.
• Assist in the management of personnel and PSM functions.
• Provide recommendations to resolve complex issues involving personnel programs, interpretation of policies and procedures and use and application of MilPDS and its products.
• Monitor personnel data coding, flow and display.
• Oversee personnel data base design to enhance information collection and retrieval and monitor operational test and evaluation efforts to determine errors in logic or information flow.
