About The Position

This position is contingent upon contract award. The Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) Project Planner is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining the RATT team employment schedule; de-conflicting visits with other training entities; soliciting fleet schedule inputs; and providing persistent fleet visibility of the employment schedule. This position is a training coordination and scheduling management role that sits at the intersection of logistics, communication, and planning — ensuring the RATT team is deployed efficiently, conflicts are minimized, and the fleet always knows where and when the team will be available.

Requirements

  • Experience with Navy operational scheduling and fleet coordination
  • Familiarity with CNSP ship schedules and training pipelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office scheduling tools
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and geographic locations (CONUS/OCONUS)
  • Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher) required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the RATT team employment schedule, ensuring it remains current and accurate
  • Schedule RATT team activities and deployments across the fleet
  • De-conflict visits with other training entities to avoid overlap or resource competition
  • Solicit schedule inputs from fleet units to ensure their training needs are captured and incorporated
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the RATT team and fleet stakeholders regarding scheduling matters
  • Provide persistent (continuous/ongoing) fleet visibility of the employment schedule, ensuring all relevant parties have access to up-to-date scheduling information
  • Maintain transparency of RATT team movements and commitments across the organization
  • Manage schedule documentation and records
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Coordinate with external training entities to synchronize activities
