We are a team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety, sound judgment, and detailed attention to safe and repeatable spaceflight. The Readiness and Resilience Manager role is part of Blue Origin Corporate Functions, providing centralized business continuity, incident readiness, and resilience support across Blue Origin business units, functions, and locations. It serves as the Business Continuity team’s subject matter expert and program owner for enterprise exercise design, readiness validation, incident and crisis management training, emergency exercises, and continuous improvement. This role also supports the emerging TeraWave Business unit during its initial phases. In this role you will lead Blue Origin's enterprise exercise and readiness validation program, serving as the team's specialist in designing, facilitating, and evaluating exercises that test the effectiveness of continuity plans, incident management procedures, recovery strategies, and cross-functional decision-making.
