About The Position

We are seeking a skilled React Native Engineer with experience in leading the adoption of React Native for an existing complex native iOS and Android app using a brownfield approach. The ideal candidate will also have experience with React Native for web and a demonstrated ability to contribute to and maintain shared cross-platform design systems. Hands-on expertise with Expo SDK, EAS Build/Submit/Update, and OTA delivery workflows is crucial. Familiarity with app distribution platforms like TestFlight and Google Play Console, along with automated release pipelines, is expected. A solid understanding of CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions and EAS Build, is also required.

Requirements
