About The Position

We are seeking a skilled React Developer to lead and develop high-quality web applications. This role involves implementing state management, collaborating with designers, ensuring UI/UX feasibility with ADA compatibility, optimizing applications, conducting code reviews, debugging, and mentoring junior developers. Requirements

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 9+ years applied experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of Figma and other design tools.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with build and deploy tools like Webpack and Vite.
• Practical cloud native experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-quality web applications using React libraries.
• Implementing state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to handle data flow within the application.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into functional UI components.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs with ADA compatible.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
