About The Position
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Naperville, IL. This role is responsible for operating reach trucks, picking orders accurately, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and supporting daily distribution operations. Candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and able to work overtime when required.
Requirements
- Previous reach truck experience required
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must have steel toe boots
Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Pick and stage orders accurately according to work instructions
- Move, load, and organize materials and inventory
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
