Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum one-year reach truck or forklift experience
Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to effectively interact with people
Able to work weekends when volunteered for or required
History of safe work practices
Be a team player, who is flexible and easily adapts to change
Be able to lift 20-40 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

Operate a reach truck to transport, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouse racking systems
Place and retrieve pallets from high rack locations with precision
Ensure accurate product placement and inventory movement according to warehouse procedures
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies
Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and staging of materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity
