About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Reach Truck Driver for a full-time warehouse position in Windsor, CT. This role requires strong reach truck experience along with hands-on experience performing inventory, cycle counting, and RF scanning.

- Reach truck experience required

- RF scanner/gun experience required
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve materials
- Pick, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse
- Perform inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Use an RF scanner/gun to track products and inventory movement
- Verify product quantities and warehouse locations
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
