About The Position

VSSI Staffing is hiring an experienced High-Reach Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse operation in Dallas. This position is responsible for transporting, storing, and retrieving palletized products while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent reach truck experience is preferred.
• Experience working with high-rack storage systems.
• RF scanner and inventory-handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work until daily production is completed.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to store and retrieve products from high warehouse racks.
• Complete put-away, replenishment, stacking, and order-picking tasks.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport pallets throughout the facility.
• Use an RF scanner to confirm product locations and inventory movements.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and storage locations for accuracy.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse procedures and meet daily productivity expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and obstruction-free work areas.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
