About The Position

Join LTTS as an RDK WiFi Architect in Philadelphia, PA, and take the lead in shaping next-generation Wi-Fi mesh solutions for millions of users. Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Wi-Fi standards: 802.11a/b/g/n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11be, EasyMesh specification
  • Proficient in wpa_supplicant, hostapd, iw, nl80211, Linux kernel, Wi-Fi driver development
  • Strong programming skills: C, C++; working knowledge of Python, Java
  • Experience with RDKB platform; hands-on with TCP/IP, DHCP, 802.1X/EAP, network diagnostics
  • Skilled with WFA certification tools: sigma-dut, QuickTrack, Wireshark
  • Proficient with git, Perforce, SVN, Jira, Buganizer
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years in the Wi-Fi domain with a proven track record in WFA certification programs

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial deployment experience with EasyMesh in operator environments
  • Direct engagement with broadband operators on field deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience driving cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end architecture and development of EasyMesh within the RDK-B platform, from design to deployment
  • Represent the company in RDKB EasyMesh working groups, collaborating with industry stakeholders
  • Lead Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) EasyMesh certification efforts, including test planning and troubleshooting
  • Oversee interoperability with third-party controllers and ensure alignment with operator requirements
  • Engage with cable and broadband operators to capture feature requirements and resolve field issues
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and CI/CD processes
  • Mentor and guide team members on technical excellence and project delivery
