RDK-B Automation Developer

Infosys•Denver, CO

About The Position

Infosys is seeking an experienced QA Engineer focused on automation development for broadband gateway devices. The role centers on end-to-end validation of Broadband CPE devices across RDK-B, Wi-Fi, and Cable Modem domains, while developing scalable test automation to improve quality, coverage, and release efficiency. The position involves designing and maintaining Python-based automation, validating provisioning and firmware workflows, integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines, and supporting release validation and continuous quality improvements. The role also includes engineering-consulting responsibilities: eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements; contributing to design concepts and iterative engineering cycles; refining prototypes and solution specifications; validating solutions through testing and simulations; supporting technical integration; and maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing. The role requires collaboration with development, platform, and DevOps teams, as well as participation in defect triage and root-cause analysis. Relocation and/or travel to the work or project location may be required. Infosys describes its Engineering unit as focused on product-centric value delivery, data-first engineering and value-stream management, and the use of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support continuous improvement and faster delivery. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys states it cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
