The individual in this role records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. This role is responsible for compiling records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials, updating information on the computer to maintain inventory records, assessing stock supply and reorder status, and preparing and verifying requisitions for additional stock items using the appropriate forms or systems. The role also requires maintaining compliance with established internal control procedures.
