About The Position

Our Bloomington Landmark Team is looking for a dynamic individual to join our System Patient Access Registration Team! This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and is crucial to ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. To be successful in this position, you must be dependable and consistent in your attendance and timeliness.

Requirements

• Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Nice To Haves

• Registration experience is preferred but not required for the role.
• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Hardwiring specific elements in patient interactions to ensure consistent, high quality, and enhancement of the overall experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate patient registration
• Maintain Patient records and confidentiality
• Provide information and answer patient inquiries
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
