We are involved in all phases of development, production, and maintenance of Low Observable (LO) weapon systems. We are currently looking for Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operators to support challenging, state-of-the-art technical projects during testing.

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience in calibration, maintenance and characterization of RF equipment for far field RCS measurements
Experience supporting RCS measurement testing
Understanding of radar system operation
Test asset configuration and mounting
Test plan generation
Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Responsible for operating instrumentation radar during the collection of RCS measurements
Calibration of the radar system
Regular health and quality testing of the radar system and subsystems
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in the radar system
Annual review of the Range Book and updating as required
Ensure data quality and integrity
Support target configuration and test set-up
