About The Position
Hero Practice Services is currently seeking a Spanish speaking Bilingual Revenue Cycle Specialist to maximize cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external efficiencies and compliance. This is a remote opportunity.
Requirements
- Experience with EMR/EHR
- Experience with insurance companies
- Knowledge of CPT/CDT, and other billing codes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Medicaids, a plus
- Experience with Orthodontic, Vision or Dental revenue cycle or practice operations, a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of claims submitted to insurance and bills sent to patients.
- Obtain appropriate and timely reimbursement through denials management, claim and account follow up.
- Identify trends and factors adversely affecting collections.
- Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert on revenue cycle functions, workflows and related computer systems for internal and external partners.
- Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children.
