  • 3+ years of experience in eCW and/or athena
  • Demonstrated experience designing or leading process improvement initiatives in a billing or RCM environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and structural risks in a new client's revenue cycle and build a rigorous remediation plan.
  • Own the transition from "how they've been doing it" to "how MedMan does it," including EMR cleanup, workflow architecture, and process alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and complex engagements, representing MedMan's expertise with authority and precision.
  • Identify recurring patterns across clients and translate them into scalable, well-documented process architecture.
  • Build new operational lanes, not patches, when common problems reveal a systemic gap.
  • Drive post-implementation reviews and optimization cycles with a standard of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate proactively with Champions and leadership, surfacing trends, flagging structural risks, and reporting progress with clarity and precision.
  • Translate complex findings into well-reasoned recommendations that hold up under scrutiny.
  • Raise the analytical standard of the team through the quality of thinking and rigor of documentation.
