About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced RCM Data & Migration Lead to support a physician-practice revenue cycle management migration to Unlimited Financials / Unlimited Systems. This is a hands-on, techno-functional role requiring strong experience across RCM operations, healthcare data, platform migration and data validation. The successful candidate will work closely with business, platform and data teams to support source-to-target mapping, data cleanup, migration testing, reconciliation and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience within physician-practice or oncology RCM environments and be comfortable translating between operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
Experience supporting complex data migration initiatives involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
Experience handling PHI in HIPAA-regulated environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate effectively between business requirements, platform capabilities and technical data requirements.
7 years of relevant experience across RCM, healthcare data, data migration or related technical delivery roles.
Hands-on experience with physician-practice or oncology revenue cycle management.
Experience working with Unlimited Financials / Unlimited Systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary techno-functional liaison across RCM business, Unlimited Financials platform and data teams.
Lead and support source-to-target data mapping for physician-practice RCM migrations.
Perform and coordinate data cleanup, transformation, validation and reconciliation activities.
Develop detailed migration test cases and support execution across test and validation cycles.
Analyze data discrepancies and migration issues and drive resolution across business and technical teams.
Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy and business usability.
Identify and communicate migration risks, dependencies, issues and progress to project stakeholders.
Support troubleshooting across source systems, target platform and data pipelines.
Maintain clear documentation for data mappings, validation rules, issues and migration decisions.
Work appropriately with protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
