RBT (Mon-Fri: 4:00-7:30) 8 y/o BOY
About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes. This role involves helping children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. The position offers flexible part-time hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings, making it ideal for supplementing income or fitting around a school schedule. It is a hands-on, high-impact role where patience, energy, and creativity are valued. RBTs will work consistently with the same children to help them make progress in their everyday environments.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together
