RBT for 2 Year Old Girl With Autism (Mon-Fri: 2:00-5:00)
About The Position
A sweet 2-year-old girl with autism needs 1:1 ABA therapy. BehaviorCare Therapy is looking to hire Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you’ll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. Every child is unique, and you’ll get the training and support to meet them where they’re at.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
