About The Position

Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to kids with autism. We care deeply about doing right by our clients — and by the people who show up for them every day. This role is for certified RBTs — we're not a training pipeline to get your certification, we're where you come to actually use it. You'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It's hands-on, it's meaningful, and if you're the right fit, you'll have real room to grow.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don't provide certification training — you'll need this before applying)
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills
• Keep accurate session data and documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up
• Work closely with BCBAs and families

Benefits

• Raises Every 6 Months
• Flexible Schedules
• 401(k) after 6 months; 1% company match after year one
• Rewards program — earn points for good attendance and on-time documentation, redeem for cash or prizes
• Referral bonuses for bringing in new team members
• Paid onboarding, plus ongoing skill-building and CEU support once you're on the team
• Supervision hours if you're working toward your BCBA
