RBT/Child Interventionist - Part Time
About The Position
Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life by bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families. The role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and play. The position offers training, education support, and opportunities for growth towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with guidance and financial assistance. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- A love and Passion for working with children
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
- At least 3 weekdays with same availability
- Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the child and family in their natural environment (home, school, or center).
- Teach children how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills.
- Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
- Provide calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism.
