Easterseals Southern California transforms lives every day. For over a century, Easterseals has championed inclusion and independence—delivering essential services like early childhood programs, autism services, employment and independent living support to more than 29,000 people each year. Through advocacy and education, we break barriers and create opportunities for the one-in-four Americans with disabilities. This position implements planned social skills interventions in a center-based setting and provides training on evidenced based strategies to participants through modeling and feedback within a social skills group. Increases and maintains social targets among participants by providing intermittent and natural schedules of reinforcement, recording data, writing session notes, and weekly debriefing with the Social Skills Lead and Program Manager Facilitator.
