About The Position

Marsh McLennan is seeking an experienced and strategic IAM RBAC Lead to establish and lead the enterprise-wide Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategy, framework, and operating model. This is a global leadership role that will play a key part in strengthening access governance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting secure, scalable identity and access management across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise RBAC or IAM transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with identity governance platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ.
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, identity governance, provisioning, authorization, and access management.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise processes, standards, SDLC, and implementation lifecycle support.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

  • Experience managing teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise RBAC program across multiple business units and regions.
  • Define and deliver the RBAC strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
  • Build strong partnerships with business, technology, IAM, security, and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and define role ownership.
  • Oversee role design, role lifecycle management, access certification, and governance processes.
  • Improve service quality by reducing provisioning errors, policy exceptions, and operational risk.
  • Monitor RBAC performance through dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement, maturity assessments, and implementation of best practices.
  • Support SDLC integration, change management, compliance, and post-production support.
  • Lead and develop a regional team of employees and consultants.
