About The Position

Woodward is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing supplier performance, fostering strong relationships with key suppliers, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to align with organizational objectives. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Nice To Haves

Supply Chain Degree, similar Business related degree, or equivalent experience
minimum 5 years of supply chain, or related experience with metals, machining and raw materials related commodities
Experience in driving supply chain and supplier projects and key initiatives
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and partnerships with external stakeholders leveraging positive negotiation skills to drive cross-functional continuous projects
Ability to handle many conflicting priorities while being flexible, enthusiastic self-starter
Proficient in Excel, Project Management, and experience in supply chain analysis facilitating supply chain projects direction and overall success

Internal communication and presentations up to and including executive level reviews pertaining to supplier relationship strategy, performance and issue resolution.
