About The Position

Marvin Composites is hiring a Raw Materials Associate at its Fargo, North Dakota location. The role supports manufacturing by preparing raw materials, measuring them to specifications, documenting results, and ensuring production has the materials needed to operate smoothly. Marvin Composites manufactures fiberglass composite materials used in Marvin windows and doors. The facility is air-conditioned, and employees can develop skills and careers through cross-training and a skill advancement program. The schedule is 6:30 AM to 6:45 PM. The two-week rotation is 36 hours in week one (Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 48 hours in week two (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday), with a three-day weekend every other week. The base hourly rate is $24.00; the stated potential pay, including a $4.00 weekend premium and overtime, is $27.05 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand and work for a 12-hour shift and lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 to 50 pounds to support production needs.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time effectively.
Basic math skills and general computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform quality tests, measure materials, document results, and proactively address material issues to meet standards.
