About The Position

The specialist collaborates closely with suppliers, quality assurance teams, and production departments to guarantee that materials meet regulatory and company specifications. By analyzing market trends and supplier performance, the Raw Material Specialist helps optimize cost efficiency and supply chain reliability. Ultimately, this role ensures that manufacturing processes are uninterrupted and that final products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in raw material procurement or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of raw material specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry, particularly in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP).
