Responsibilities

• Chip frozen meat blocks apart
• Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
• Mix ingredients together
• Add oils as needed per customer specifications
• Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
• Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw ingredients while ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise and maintain an organized workplace
• Operating machinery
• Conducting inventory checks
• Collaborating with various departments to meet production goals
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
