About The Position

FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE is seeking a Part-Time Ratskeller Bartender to work an average of 24-32 hours per week, 3-4 days per week. The work shift can be any combination of shifts between 08:00 AM and 1:30 AM, and availability to work weekends and holidays is required. The role involves taking bar orders, preparing and serving drinks to guests at the bar and tables, collecting payments, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. Responsibilities also include stocking supplies, ensuring quality and freshness through stock rotation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 year of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A pleasing personality and appearance
• Ability to stand and walk continually
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to withstand high noise heat & humidity level
• Minimum of three months of training in making drinks

Responsibilities

• Takes bar orders
• Prepares drinks for guests
• Serves guests sitting at the bar and at tables
• Collects payment for items served
• Maintains a safe and clean work area
• Stocks supplies needed for the evening such as napkins, ashtrays, garnish, etc.
• Rotates stock to ensure quality and freshness
