Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, billing tools, and transportation application systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of billing or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervises daily operations of the rating team, providing guidance and support in freight rating-related activities.
- Reviews and validates freight bills to ensure accurate application of rates and adherence to company policies.
- Analyzes performance metrics and conducts regular audits to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and enhance processes.
- Develops and enforces rating methodologies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in billing practices.
- Partners with business partners and cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and establish accurate rates and quotes.
- Facilitates training and development opportunities for team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
