About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a Rate Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday on the night shift from 4pm to 2am. The role involves rating bills, answering a high volume of calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls, auditing invoices, and other duties as assigned by management. The company offers a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation time after 90 days and access to employee resorts.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Rating Bills
• Answering high volume calls on a multi-line system
• Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
• Work directly with clients and internal departments
• Audit invoices for corrections
• Other duties may apply as requested by management.
