The Rare Cardiac Field Marketing & National Strategy Lead (12-18 months secondment) is a mission-critical, highly visible role created to unify how Pfizer engages those that shape the ATTR-CM (transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy) market. As Vyndamax navigates a pivotal competitive period in its lifecycle — with a new oral stabilizer (acoramidis / Attruby) and gene-silencing therapies now approved in cardiomyopathy — success will depend less on any single channel and more on Sales, Key Account Directors (KAD), Access Care Managers (ACM), and Field Medical operating as one coordinated team within each priority account. As an experienced, field-based marketing leader, the incumbent sets the national cross-functional field strategy, works cross-functionally with Sales/Account Management & Patient Solutions to define how the customer-facing colleague (CFC) model is deployed against the highest-impact accounts within distinct geographic areas, and serves as the connective tissue between headquarters strategy and field execution — facilitating commercial, access, and medical field teams into alignment around a single, insight-led area and accounts based plan, and operating strictly within Pfizer's cross-functional governance and the commercial, medical, and patient solutions firewalls. The mandate works at two altitudes. At the top of the market, the incumbent works across the Top 25 amyloid accounts that most influence franchise performance. Beyond them, the role identifies regional, area, and local-level opportunities — emerging centers of diagnosis, under-penetrated geographies, referral pathways, and account-specific openings — where coordinated field action can unlock disproportionate business impact. Across both, the incumbent determines where the organization focuses, which insights matter, and how coordinated action is sequenced across every customer-facing role — accelerating share momentum and sustaining Pfizer's leadership in a market that is no longer uncontested. The geographic scope of this role is national (United States). This position reports to the Vice President, Rare Cardiac Therapeutic Area Lead.
