Rapid Response Security Officer - $22.50+/hr
About The Position
The Rapid Response Officer is part of an elite, highly adaptable team that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor, helping to fill in at various sites as needed. They learn multiple locations instead of one home site, allowing for rapid growth in the security field as they become a well-rounded, agile officer. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn! Requirements
- Dependable, professional, adaptable, and ready to learn.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or changing environments.
- Flexible availability (1st & 2nd and/or 3rd shift).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High School diploma.
- 18 years old or over.
- Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area.
- Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card (assistance provided after offer acceptance).

Responsibilities
- Fill in at various sites as needed.
- Learn multiple locations.
- Provide short-term coverage for 1st or 2nd shift openings.
- Provide short-term coverage for overnight hours.
- Work closely with clients and client staff.
