Rap Crusher Loader Operator - Salem and Various Locations
About The Position
This role involves operating a loader to feed a Portable Rap Crusher, stockpile materials, and load trucks. The position also requires maintaining plant cleanliness, assisting with equipment and plant maintenance, and always prioritizing safety. There is a great opportunity to learn other skills such as operating an excavator, dozer, and basic operations of a crushing plant. The role requires travel and staying out of town in various locations (Troutdale, Farmington, and Redmond Oregon) for periods of time, with work schedules that may include days, nights, or weekends depending on production requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in the safe and efficient operation of a loader
- Must have a positive attitude, the ability to work well with others and follow directions
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to pass Pre-employment Background Check and Testing
Nice To Haves
- Fabrication/welding skills are helpful
- Great opportunity to learn other skills like operating excavator, dozer and basic operations of a crushing plant!

Responsibilities
- Operate loader to feed Portable Rap Crusher, stockpile and load trucks
- Keep plant areas clean/free of excess material
- Maintain own equipment and assist with maintenance of plant as needed
- Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
- Other misc. duties as directed by supervisor
