About The Position
Vancouver Rangers FC is seeking two types of coaches for the Fall/Winter season (September to March). The club focuses on professional coaching, technical development, and inspiring young athletes. The roles available are Divisional Head Coach for BCCSL teams (Ages 10-13) and Academy Development Coach for younger players (Ages 5-9). Both roles require a passion for soccer, player development, and creating a positive, engaging environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of coaching is strongly preferred.
- A C-License (CONCACAF/UEFA) or Canada Soccer grassroots qualifications are preferred for both roles.
- Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C and a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Must be located in Metro Vancouver and ready to start in September.
- Ability to be active and on your feet for 3+ hours.

- Act as a positive role model and leader for Vancouver’s youth.
- Communicate with parents regarding player progress and logistics.
