Requirements
- Years (or decades) of shooting experience.
- A "command presence" but a friendly heart.
- Love mentoring the next generation of shooters and keeping the standards high.
- 100% reliable, eager to learn, and take safety seriously.
- A passion for the outdoors.

- NRA RSO certification
- Military/LEO background
Responsibilities
- Maintain a rock-solid safe environment on the firing line, ensuring all safety protocols are followed with a "safety-first" mindset.
- Assist members with lane setups, basic firearm malfunctions, and shooting tips. You are the face of the club on the range.
- Handle any safety violations or rule-breaking with a calm, firm, and professional demeanor.
- Help keep our world-class facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly.
