About The Position
At White Birch Armory in Dover, NH, our full- or part-time Range Safety Officer (RSO) – Sales Associate role offers the perfect mix of customer interaction, structure, and hands-on learning in a fast-paced retail and training environment. Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Legally allowed to possess or purchase a firearm
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Possessing extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Engage customers as they enter the store, ask questions to understand their needs, and guide them to the right merchandise.
- Explain product features, retrieve items from inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Manage payments, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.
- Oversee safety practices in the range, assist with targets, and maintain a safe environment.
- Complete firearm transfer documentation.
- Support team tasks as needed.
