About The Position

Hidden Valley Ranch is seeking two creator duos for a unique, paid, full-time role as its first-ever Ranchbassadors. This position is centered around content creation, travel, and cultural storytelling. The selected duos will travel across Europe, creating content for Hidden Valley Ranch's social platforms. They will document their journey as they introduce this iconic flavor to different cultures, capturing authentic consumer reactions, unscripted moments, and the cultural exchange that occurs when an American icon meets European cuisine. The role demands strong on-camera presence, instinctive storytelling, and the ability to produce compelling content in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This is a temporary role, expected to begin in mid-June and conclude by August 31st.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Available approximately June 15 through late August 2026 (exact dates subject to change).
  • Must apply as a duo.
  • Portfolio or content samples required (minimum 2 pieces).
  • Proven experience producing short-form and long-form digital content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ability to make a social post from ideation, editing, and posting.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate unscripted moments into engaging content.
  • Ability to create content efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to work effectively as part of a two-person team.
  • Reliable and responsive in communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet consistent content production deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with the public.

Responsibilities

  • Travel a multi-city European route over 7 weeks.
  • Ideate, film, edit, produce copy, and publish 4 short-form social pieces per week (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Manage the social media accounts of the Ranchbassador Program from end to end.
  • Capture and publish 1 long-form YouTube episode per week.
  • Create reaction-driven, culturally curious content in the spirit of spontaneous street-style storytelling.
  • Pair Hidden Valley Ranch with local dishes across Europe (e.g., frites in Amsterdam, pizza in Rome, bratwurst in Munich).
  • Approach and engage strangers confidently and respectfully, invite them to try ranch, and capture their honest reactions (with prior approval).
  • Connect with local food markets, street food vendors, and popular restaurants to source authentic cultural dishes.
  • Ensure all participants complete required content release waivers.
  • Attend weekly check-ins with the Hidden Valley Ranch Social Team to align on schedule, content, and deliverables.
  • Submit weekly learnings reports covering consumer reactions, cultural insights, content performance signals, and notable observations.
  • Maintain route tracking including city progression and journey logs using provided templates.
  • Upload all raw and edited assets weekly to the Clorox shared asset folder, clearly labeled by location and date.
  • Follow the travel route and schedule coordinated with the assigned travel agent.
  • Contribute to an end-of-program insights report summarizing global sentiment, top-performing content, and recommendations for future programs.
