Requirements
- Previous experience in ranch work or general labor preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Bulverde, TX
- Must live in or around Bulverde, Tx as housing is not provided
Responsibilities
- Perform general ranch maintenance including fencing, feeding, and caring for livestock
- Operate and maintain ranch equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and other agricultural duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Support other team members with various tasks and projects as directed
