The Ramp Service Agent is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the aircraft, vehicles, and ground equipment, as well as aircraft arrival/departure handling, cargo and baggage services, and guest transportation. This role involves participating in ground service during guest transitions through interisland airports, with a strong emphasis on guest and asset safety. The agent will collaborate with logistics coordinators, Western Aircraft crew, and the maintenance team, where clear communication is essential for smooth and safe operations.
