About The Position

Lanai Air is a critical component to the delivery of “high quality-high touch” consistent service experience to every guest traveling. Lanai Air is responsible for providing a seamless “point to point” delivery between the Hawaiian Islands. The Ramp Service Agent is responsible for overall cleanliness of the aircraft, vehicles, and ground equipment used in the operation. This position will also be responsible for aircraft arrival / departure handling, cargo & baggage acceptance, loading and offloading, and guest transportation. This position will also participate in the ground service during the arrival & departure process as guests transition through the interisland airports. Safety of the guest and assets are of utmost importance and the Ramp Service Agent is responsible to ensure that this is adhered to. The team will interact with the logistics coordinators & Western Aircraft crew & maintenance team. Communication is key to ensure a smooth and safe operation. Responsibilities
