The Ramp & SARR Program Manager serves as the end-to-end orchestrator and controller for semiconductor equipment ramp readiness and installation execution at customer sites. This role ensures that pre-ramp and ramp-up activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established processes, while maintaining objective, data-driven visibility into readiness, risk, execution status, and performance. The role partners closely with Site Managers, Service Managers, iTeam, Business Units, Sales, customers, and support organizations to drive predictable ramp execution, transparent escalation, and continuous improvement across AMNA ramp programs. Large customer ramps require early readiness discipline, aligned execution, and credible status integrity across safety, quality, cycle time, cost, and customer commitments. The Ramp & SARR Program Manager provides a consistent operating model across ramp sites, reduces execution variability, and ensures leadership has clear visibility to risks, gaps, and actions. Success depends on proactive pre-install planning, dashboard-driven governance, cross-functional alignment, and transparent escalation of red/yellow risks before they become install delays.
