Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
  • Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner.
  • Achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
  • Lift luggage throughout the shift.
  • Cruise on the tarmac in company vehicles to get bags to their destination.
  • Work outside in all weather conditions.
