Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you will find joy and satisfaction in helping people, creating a positive start to a passenger’s trip. You will greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, utilizing reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals. This position involves physical activity, including lifting luggage, and allows you to work outside in all weather conditions, cruising on the tarmac in company vehicles.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role)
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Lift customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination
- Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner
- Achieve on-time departures and arrivals
- Lift luggage throughout your shift
- Cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination
- Enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions
- Provide a positive start to a passenger’s trip
