The Ramp Agent is responsible for supporting airlines by overseeing the direction of a variety of aircraft ground handling services including, but not limited to ramp and baggage. This role ensures a safe work environment by following all rules and regulations regarding the workplace. The agent will marshal inbound aircraft, handle baggage, cargo, and mail, service aircraft lavatories and water tanks, groom the cabin, stock supplies, and load/unload baggage carts. Additionally, the agent will push back outbound aircraft, tow aircraft to remote areas if necessary, perform FOD walks, ensure ground equipment availability, and may perform voluntary administrative duties such as GSE fluid inspections and appearance checks.
