We have an exciting opportunity for you! Air Canada is looking for Ramp Agents (Station Attendants) to join our airside operations team at the Toronto Cargo facility. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Availability to work in shifts
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• To pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations.

Nice To Haves

• You don’t need airline, airport or aviation experience. Everyone starts with a fully paid, full-time, five-to-six-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Managing baggage and freight
• Operating a variety of equipment
• Driving and operating aircraft servicing vehicles and equipment
• Marshalling or towing aircraft to gate positions for passenger boarding and deplaning
• Safely and efficiently handle all cargo/mail through our facilities
• On-loading and off-loading cargo/mail to and from our aircrafts
• Preparing aircraft for arrival and departure.
