About The Position

As a Ramp Agent/Cabin Cleaner you will work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services will providing highest level of customer service, keeping passenger and aircraft moving safely and on time. The Inland Group of Companies (IDS and Quantem Aviation Services) is a trusted aviation partner operating at over 50+ airports across Canada and the United States. We deliver aircraft de-icing, fueling, environmental management, ground handling, and other specialized aviation support services. Safety is our highest priority. Requirements

Maintain and treat all information as confidential;
Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives;
Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English;
Must be able to verbally direct in English;
This position requires a employees to obtain a US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seal. Orlando FL CBP requires US citizenship or US permanent resident status in order to receive a CBP seal;
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Properly and safely loads and unloads freight and luggage.
Holds equipment certifications and operates equipment safely;
Verifies upon receipt from customer shipment pieces, weight, dimensions and airworthiness;
Verifies upon delivery to customer shipment pieces and airway bill numbers;
Aircraft cabin cleaning duties to include: vacuuming and cleaning by hand of all seats, seat back pockets, floors, pantries, galleys, toilets, telephones, windows, flight deck (if specified), and passenger and crew compartments; removing trash, wiping tables, and cleaning waste from aircraft;
Correct handling of international garbage as required by the company, carrier, and the Department of Agriculture.
