Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Driver's license required.
• Must be able to qualify as a valid worker under FRA standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction and accomplish assigned tasks within time standards with minimal supervision.
• Use a variety of tools safely and proficiently, including pneumatic and hydraulic tools, grinders, jacks, cutting torches, general hand tools, and drills.
• Assist team members with completing their tasks.
• Maintain good housekeeping of all machines and work areas.
• Learn, comprehend, and apply all new hire, safety, and on-the-job training.
• Learn, comprehend, and apply FRA and company requirements.
• Interact professionally with crew members and management in a team environment.
• Comply with all safety policies.
• Ensure Track Machines are kept in good quality.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must be willing to travel with overnight stays.
