Railcar Prepper Greer, SC Starting Pay: $18.50/hr Full-Time | 5:30 AM Start Time Looking for a Job That Keeps You Moving? We're hiring Railcar Preppers to help prepare railcars for the safe transportation of vehicles across the country. This is a physically active role where your work directly impacts daily operations and keeps the automotive supply chain moving. Whether you have experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, automotive work, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environments, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor, including: Climbing, Bending, Stooping, Lifting, Walking and standing throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality work
• Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, automotive work, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environments

Responsibilities

• Inspecting railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns
• Opening and securing railcar doors and equipment
• Removing debris using backpack blowers and hand tools
• Preparing railcars for loading and transport
• Identifying repair needs and reporting issues
• Safely operating tools and equipment
• Following all company, customer, and industry safety standards
