About The Position

Requirements

• No experience required!
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a drug test and physical capabilities test.
• Strong communication skills.
• No diploma or GED required.
• Applicants must live within 45 minutes of St. Louis.
• Out-of-area candidates or those needing relocation will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Higher starting rate available for experienced jockey drivers.
• This position is a great fit for individuals with experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, forklift operation, outdoor labor, landscaping, or rail yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate jockey trucks to move 53ft trailers, containers, and chassis around the rail yard.
• Perform ground duties like climbing on/off railcars, securing tracks, and handling inner box connectors (IBCs).
• Assist crane operators and side loaders using hand signals for safe loading/unloading.
• Stack/unstack chassis and manage chassis racks.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
