About The Position

PRS Auto is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Rail Terminal Auto Unloaders. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as on-the-job training will be provided. The role involves unloading new automobiles off railcars with precision and care, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and assisting in setting up railcars for unloading. Safety is the number one goal for the team.

Requirements

• Must currently live within a 45-minute commute of Nashville, TN.
• A valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test.
• Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50lbs, and being outdoors in all conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• No felonies or open court cases.
• Must be able to work 24/7 depending on client and demand.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and social security card.
• Must be able to work in a team!
• Willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
• Have a positive attitude and NOT BE AFRAID OF HARD WORK.

Nice To Haves

• Ideal candidates may have experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, landscaping, or outdoor labor.
